Documentation to Prepare For Travel 

• Please ensure your passport has at least 6 months’ validity.
  • Kindly renew your passport if the validity period falls before 14 November 2024. 
• COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate
  • Although Greece no longer requires COVID-19 certificates, do prepare them in the event of checks upon arrival.
• Visa Documents (if applicable)

Travel Insurance

Please refer to your relevant business country representative for your travel insurance.

No extension of stay is allowed.

Accommodation

Accommodation Period

Accommodation is only provided from 9 – 14 May 2024.
Hotel official check-in time is 3:00 PM on 9 and 12 May 2024.
Hotel official check-out time is 11:00 AM on 12 and 14 May 2024. 

Type of Room Provided

MyKonos: All Qualifiers are assigned a twin-sharing room.

Santorini: All Qualifiers are assigned a twin-sharing room at Nous Santorini.

Room Pairing Guideline:

• STRICTLY NO female-male pairing in the same room. Only female-female and male-male pairing is allowed. 
• Exception is only granted if the female-male pairing is a married couple. Marriage certificate will be requested to validate marital status by the committee. 
• If female-male pairing without sufficient supporting document (ie. Marriage Certificate), committee reserve the rights to re-allocate the room pairing for the qualifier. 
• For any disputes on the room pairing, committee reserve the rights to amend the room pairing allocation and decision is made final. 

Flights

Type of Flight Provided

• Flight entitlement is based on Group Economy fare for all Qualifiers.
• There are 2 flight options available which can be selected upon website registration based on a first come first serve basis.
• Flight option is only confirmed once registration is submitted.

Group Flight Terms & Conditions

• Group Flight tickets are not eligible for mileage accrual.
• Please ensure that your passport name is spelt correctly, and in the exact order of your passport as this will be used to book your flight tickets. 
• A fee of SGD 250 will be incurred for any name correction after flight ticket issuance, i.e., any spelling/typo errors. Do note that as tickets are non-transferrable, we are not able to change name to a whole new traveller.
