  • Your request does not guarantee booking, your upgrade request will be subject to hotel’s single room availability.
  • The upgrade to single room for 1 city is not allowed. Upgrade must be done for both cities together.
  • Confirmation of room and the PayNow information will be sent to your registered email within 3 – 5 working days after receiving your completed registration.
  • Full payment must be made within 72hrs from the time of the email confirmation sent.
  • If payment is not made within the required time frame, your confirmation will be cancelled automatically and you will revert back to your allocated twin share room.
  • Please note that you are liable for all expenses for the room upgrade.
  • Exchange rates will be subjected to XE.com, at time of confirmation.

Room Pairing Guideline

  • Strictly NO female-male pairing in the same room. Only female-female and male-male pairings are allowed.
  • An exception will be made for married couples. A marriage certificate will be requested to verify marital status.
  • The committee reserves the right to re-allocate room pairings for female-male pairings if supporting documents (e.g., marriage certificate) are not provided.
  • For any disputes regarding room pairings, the committee reserves the right to amend the pairing allocation, and the committee’s decision will be final.

Flights

Flight Entitlement

  • Flight entitlement is based on Group Economy fare for all Qualifiers, unless otherwise indicated.
  • There are 2 Group Flights options available for selection.
  • Group Flight selection is based on a first come first serve basis.
  • Group Flight selection is only confirmed when registration is submitted.

Flight Terms & Conditions

  • Only the SQ group flight allows for mileage accrual, the LX and QR group flight does not allow for mileage accrual.
  • Please ensure that your passport name is spelled correctly and matches the exact order as it appears in your passport, as this will be used to book your flight tickets.
  • A penalty fee will apply for any name corrections after the flight ticket has been issued (e.g., spelling or typo errors).
  • Please note that tickets are non-transferable; we are unable to change the name to a different traveler.
